We found the part to replace but it turned out the problem was much bigger than we thought. They were excellent from start to finish, quoted me up on a whole new shower and talked me through it all. From finding the leak, capping it, taking out the old cubicle and having a whole new shower fitted in 4 weeks and it is stunning. 😍. Cannot fault them at all!

They came out and fixed the leak there and then. I also had no heating or hot water but they came back Saturday morning to try and get it going.  The boiler was condemned but they got the hot water sorted. Great guys, very helpful for this damsel in distress. 100% recommend.

We are extremely proud to be supporting this great charity and are committed as a business to donating £5 for every boiler installation and £10 for every full heating installation.

Wild Things Rescue

Mark and the team have agreed to help the Wild Things Rescue Centre in Langrick, Lincolnshire, for the foreseeable future.

The projects will include improving their rehabilitation centre and grounds for free, with the hope that they can keep the centre running for longer.
